Recommended type: FuranFlex®-Airtech
FuranFlex® is suitable for lining and constructing air technology pipes due to its following characteristics:
- it is not combustible, it does not propagate fire
- it does not become corroded
- it is perfectly gas-tight
- high-strength and light
- its diameter may vary
- its perimeter can have a circular, rectangular or any other shape
- an air duct even as long as 80 m can be built without extensions
- it can be painted without a primer coating
- it does not emit materials harmful to health
The joining pieces and curved pieces are made of metal.
In the case of ventilation ducts blowing and extraction systems are separately classed.
In the case of extraction systems the health requirements relating to gas-tightness are stricter. |

Research Centre of Finland. The test gave the following results:
It can be seen that from the aspect of air-tightness FuranFlex® can be rated in category D, which (not considering the special category
E) can be regarded as the highest category.
On the basis of the above FuranFlex®-Airtech is entitled to the CE mark. |
